My Favorite Movie
There are many films produced by film companies every year. Most of films also carry motivational meaning except for telling us the plot. I like some films which will motivate us to do just like this movie. The attitude and behavior of the protagonist are objects that we must learn. The result of this film may give us hope and some power to insist on doing something. That is why I like this movie so much. Legally Blonde is my favorite movie.
Legally Blonde is a popular film. The film includes three parts. In the beginning of this film, it referred the protagonist of Legally Blonde was Elle Woods who was a beautiful girl, a president of sorority, and a kind person. One day, her boyfriend invited to dinner. She thought her boyfriend will propose to her. So she decided to wear beautiful clothes on that day. In that day, she expected her boyfriend to propose her a lot. She was ready to say that“yes, I do. ”But her boyfriend said that he had to break up with her. Because you were not appropriate to be my bride because of our status were totally different. After Elle broke up with her boyfriend, she felt extremely sad, ate chocolate a lot even she didn’t skin care her face liked ever. One day, she read a magazine show a photo which her boyfriend’s elder brother and his fiancée who was a freshman in Law School in Harvard University and she realized suddenly and made a decision to make herself to be his bride appropriately by entered Harvard University.

My University Life
My teachers in high school always said to us that one will get a colorful university life when one goes to the university in order to encourage us to do our best on the college entrance exam. In addition, I often heard people said that one may play in the fourth college life. Perhaps they both said right. But it doesn’t seem to have fun without any stress in the fourth college life. In the university, it has a strict rule of flunks which college students that if one get flunks for absent more than three classes at a course; one will say good-bye to one’s university. In my university life, it is composed of studying, and getting fun after school.
There are two things regarding my university life which I want to discuss about. At first, I always read many books. When I was a freshman, I had so much homework and reports to write about. And many courses were so difficult and different from high school. In the beginning of my university life, I even regretted choosing this subject as my major. Because it was much difficult than I imagined. But, I found my interest in English when I went to the Western Literature classes. I loved it because I liked to listen to our teacher’s telling very interesting stories such as bible stories, and mythology. Studying literature and searching some literary terms from the Internet, and creating a literature blog after school became an important focus in my university life. I have also conquered my problems in other classes such as Linguistics. After freshman year, I did well at many courses.

Reflections on Recitatif
The story is so special. The author arranges two characters that are different race on purpose. But she doesn’t tell reader who was black or white. Actually her method of work is useful and helps reader to deliberate about the race of these two protagonists. Although it is not her original thought. The author wants to let reader abandon their stereotype about racial discrimination. Unfortunately, I discover I have stereotypes when I deliberate the race of these protagonists. There are some reactions about the race of protagonist, as follows .In the beginning, I consider Twyla is white because she said that her mother dance all night and she also said that Roberta never washed her hair and they smelled funny. But I retort my original thoughts when the story refers Roberta’s mother looked down at me. I think Roberta is white because whites often look down other races right away. The thought always change my original mind. I think this author maybe do something. She may let blacks do something such as, they can dance, they have more money than whites, and they can dress well. And she may let whites can not do something such as, they don’t have good marriage, they don’t have a good memory, and they don’t have a good health body. It is just my guess. I think the author want to destroy reader’s original mind.
And tell reader a thing. No one is absolutely rich or poor. No one is superior or inferior. We should have open mind and abandon our all stereotypes.

Global Language: English V.S. Chinese
Because of China have many progress in several fields now. Some people think China can replace America as the power nation in the future. So some people think Chinese can replace English as the global language in the future. Although some people think the future status of English can be replaced by Chinese, there is some evidence that the future status of English as the global language is assured.
Opponents of English as the global language in the future claim that Chinese can replace English as the global language. However, the argument is inconclusive. Despite the fact that some statistics show the rate of people use English is higher than English. But in fact only China, Taiwan, and Singapore use Chinese as their global language. But it is unreasonable. Because China is a bigger superficial measurement and have many people.

No Quizzes
In Taiwan, students have quizzes every day. Students often get stress and depressed. Quizzes cause many problems. In order to solve these problems, schools decide not to give any more quizzes. There are some reasons why schools decide not to give any more quizzes.
The first cause of no quizzes is that some students often cheat on exams. Because they often cheat on exams, their teachers feel depressed and angry. As a result, teachers hate to catch someone who cheats on exams, and they complain to school president.

High School and College: Different but Alike
High school and college are the progress of studying, but there are somewhat different between high school and college in several ways. For example, the educational way of college is dissimilar to high school. Unlike high school, undergraduates can choose the field which they favorite to learn. Although High school and college are different, they are same in several ways. There are two difference and similarities between high school and college, as follows.
One obvious difference is that college students have freedom to do something. There are four examples to mentioned about college students have more freedom than high school students. First, college students can choose some class which s/he wants to learn. In the college, classmates are not bound to have same class at the same time every day. In addition to, student can drop a class after mid-term exam. College students often drop classes when they discovered the class which is not really interested to them or they got bad score in this subject on mid-term exam. Next, students have much leisure to do something they like due to there are not so many classes for undergraduates. For examples, students can join some activities or associations. What，s more, students do not wear uniform differ from high school every day. Last bout not the least, undergraduates can go out to lunch.

Reflections on A Clean, Well-Lighted Place
The story was composed to some statement and many dialogues. The protagonist is the old man. Although he is a main character, he did not say anything as a result of he was deaf. Although he is old, he cannot make himself dirty. He often drinks more; he can not get drunk and behave irrationally. He is a good client. He keeps himself respected. Although he has much money, he does not feel happy. In addition to mentioned that the old man drunks, the story was through two different age waiters say opinions about this old man. Their dialogues show their thoughts and attitude. And their opinions are so different in the same thing. For example, they talked about the old man tried to commit suicide. The old waiter said that the old man wanted to commit suicide because no reason. But the young waiter against the old waiter said. He said that he has plenty of money. I discovered the young waiter is practical. Not only is he practical, selfish, but impatient. For example, I wish he would go home. I never get to bed before three o’clock, the young waiter said. It mentioned that he wouldn’t like to sacrifice his time to company the old man, he only hope the old man can leave the Café immediately. It refer to the young waiter is very impatient and no sympathy to the old man. The old waiter，s attitude is totally different to the young waiter. The old waiter is mature due to he has many experience. In my opinion, perhaps the old waiter is not young any more. So he is sympathetic to the old man and he doesn’t value substance. Maybe he is scared to lonely, too. So he said that I am of those who like to stay late at the cafe. In my point of view, he is identifying with the old man.

Important Events in My Life
There are many important events in my life. There are many happy or miserable events about studying, traveling in my nineteen years of life.
In May 30, 1989, I was born in Lukang. In 1993, I met a teacher who was violent, and mistreated me in a kindergarten named Chin-Chin .One day, my mother went to this kindergarten, she discovered that the teacher treated me so badly, so my mother decided to transfer me to another kindergarten. In 1994, I had a performance with my kindergarten classmates to show our learning achievements.

About my important events in my life
There are many important events in my life. There are many happy or miserable events about studying, traveling in my nineteenth life.

Odour of Chrysanthemums
I think the fiction，s exposition is one to three paragraph. Because the fiction，s happened raw afternoon .The portion reveal place which the story happened. By use many adjective to describe the place.
The fiction，s rising action is four to seventy-five paragraph. The fourth paragraph is the fiction，s opening. It mentioned that the woman saw the miner passed the railway, the woman left. After a moment, she requested her child came home fast. But her child was unwilling to go home. So she showed the raspberry canes to her son. But her child seemed to challenge his mother patience. He still stood still. She cannot but change her ways from sternly turned into gently. Although the child still unwilling to go home, he cannot but advanced slowly. But I realized that his still averseness from the fourteenth paragraph – he tore at the ragged wisps of chrysanthemums. I think the action reveal he opposed to go home. When her father went to her home, she seems to dislike her father extremely. Because she let us feel she is so coldness. But she changed her reaction from coldness turn into bitterly when her father mentioned about her husband. I feel she like her husband more than her father. In thirty-five paragraph, she found her husband did not come home. It was half-past four. She cooked dinner and waited him patiently. She saw her children were indifference just like she treated her father. She seems to be occupied by her husband. She guessed her husband probably drank in pub. She worried so she went to railway but she watched the men trooping home fewer and fewer. She worried just like the fire was sinking indoors. Suddenly she found someone came home. And then she found her daughter came home. She chid her daughter and asked her daughter. Did you saw your father？Her daughter answered no. She thought her husband probably still work .In fact, she only comfort herself. She opposed her children saying that chrysanthemum is odorous. She said “It is a scandalous thing as a man can，t even come home to his dinner！”She seemed to somewhat angry. She opened the door once more. I think the sentence reveal she very hoped her husband can come quickly. I think the fiction，s rising action is four to seventy-five paragraph because the portion is the story，s opening, reveal the fiction，s major event, the woman，s mood change, the major character，s introduction, and the relationship about she with her husband.
